Summer Treat: Sand Pudding

This delicious dessert may appear too real to eat, but trust me, you'll be glad you have that shovel with the pail!  For any beach themed event or children's party, guests are going to love this creative and tasty treat.

Ingredients

• 1 Package of Vanilla Wafers
• 3 Oreos
• 8 oz of Cream Cheese
• 1/4 Cup of Butter
• 2/3 Cup of Powdered Sugar
• 2 Small Packages of Vanilla Pudding Mix
• 2 3/4 Cup Milk
• 12 oz of Cool Whip

Directions

1. Crush oreos and vanilla wafers in a food processor
2. Mix together the softened cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar
3. In another bowl, mix the milk together with the pudding mix
4. Add this to the cream cheese mixture
5. Begin to fold in the Cool Whip
6. Layer into your bucket, alternating the sand, pudding mixture, sand, pudding mixture....
7. ENJOY!
